To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The product must be in its original condition

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

The video must show the sealed package with labels intact

This video is required in case of damaged, defective, or missing items

Without video proof, we may not be able to process such claims

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Customized or made-to-order products

Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Defective or damaged products

Exchange is subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD): cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable — all orders are prepaid only. If you have any refund-related queries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval.
